About Eric Hart
Hi, I'm Eric Hart, a Maxwell Leadership Team certified coach, speaker, trainer, corporate facilitator and DISC consultant. I'm also a certified EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence)/ EQ 360 Practitioner through OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) and certified Working Genius Facilitator through the Table Group. As a Human Resources professional with 24 years of experience serving in the U.S. Air Force, I'm passionate about personal and professional development in all its forms.

I've inspired and led thousands of leaders to become better communicators, enhance their leadership skills and establish trust and credibility with others.
